The material remains flexible while maintaining a water-tight bond with concrete. Other systems use epoxy resin which will harden and crack again over time. The  polyurethane releases far less harmful gasses into the environment during its manufacture. And unlike other repair kits, ProKit comes with Seal & Peel port application cement, so you won't waste time and energy removing ports and then chiseling and sanding hard, dried epoxy from your basement wall.
