been damaged or is incomplete will be replaced at no charge to you.
Call us right away or at least within 3 days, toll-free at
1-888-769-8765 and we will instruct you on how to return your damaged
merchandise, or we will ship shortage items if that is appropriate. You

warranties and guarantees from their manufacturers. In these cases, all
relevant warranty and guarantee information will be included in the
packaging of your merchandise.
After 30 days of receipt of merchandise from MyBasementProject.com,
all warranty and guarantee issues revert to the original manufacturer.
Shipping costs to return merchandise purchased on
MyBasementProject.com will not be paid by MyBasementProject.com in
cases where the customer has expressed general dissatisfaction or
purchase regret. We will however, refund original purchase price, less
shipping, if you follow the directions in the section titled: Product
Returns.
